(1) $22.23 Max (11) $29.05SHIFT: DayHOURS PER DAY/WEEK: 7.00/35.00SUMMARY OF THE POSITIONPerson who performs work related to personnel management, financial management, work organization and planning for the execution of complex administrative tasks by compiling and analyzing data.This job title also includes the person who is responsible for the administrative operation of a department and who oversees the department’s internal and external relations.

She/he is responsible for the activities of the department’s office personnel.SPECIFIC FUNCTIONSAnalyze and process the employee file change; Make the salarycalculations; Process new enrolment, changes and termination of employees for the group insurance; Respond to Retraite Quebec requests (retirement, progressive retirement, death, insurance)Process the maternity, paternity and parental leaves requests; Perform tasks respecting the collective agreements; Support the professionals on their tasks; Other related tasks as assigned; REQUIREMENTSEducation: Must have a diploma of college studies with specialization in Administrative Techniques or in an appropriate discipline from a school recognized by the ministère de l’Éducation du Loisir et du SportThis job also includes persons who, after having acquired relevant experience, obtained a certificate of college studies in Administrative Techniques; Experience:Two years of relevant experienceKnowledge and Abilities:Good knowledge of administrative theory, systems, techniques and practice; Good working knowledge of computer applications, especially Microsoft Office; Be able to workunder pressure; Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; Be able to workoutside regular hours when requested; Well organized;BENEFITS AND COMPENSATIONRemoteness premium between $6,099/year and $20,825/year, depending on community and family statusRetention premium between $5,000/year and $11,750/year, based on years of service in the North; Cargo premium: Weekly amount to be confirmed depending on the community and family status; Accommodation provided: Furnished, heat and electricity included; Moving and storage expenses paid; Three (3) to four (4) annual sorties depending on family status; Group insuranceplan; Defined-benefitpension plan (RREGOP); Employees of the health and social services network may request unpaid leave to work in a northern institution (up to 48months).ABOUT US: The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay is responsible for providing health and social services for all persons residing permanently or temporarily in the Eeyou Istchee region, the Cree Territory of James Bay.

It is a remote region in northern Quebec made up of ninecommunities of the Cree Nation, an Indigenous population of nearly 18,000people.The health and social services offered are front-line services provided in the ninelocal CMCs as well as second‑line services through the regional hospital centre in Chisasibi.

When second and third-‑line services cannot be provided in the community, patients are transported to institutions affiliated with McGill University’s Réseau Universitaire Intégré de Santé(RUIS).
